Change to USER NAME

National Education respects the privacy and security of our borrowers. As a step in this direction, we are making security improvements to our website.

Effective March 19th, when you log in to our website, you will be prompted to create a new USER NAME. This will replace your current USER ID. You will also be asked to set up a challenge question to further verify your identity.

Everything else you do to log in stays the same. Your password remains the same.
