New Service: Online Payments

National Education now offers borrowers the option of making online payments in a secure environment at www.nationaled.net.

Make your payment online today! There's no payment to mail. Take a look at how easy and convenient it is to make a one time online payment.

»First, log in to your account at www.nationaled.net using your User Name and Password.

»Select the Repayment Center and click on "Make an overnight payment online". To determine when your payment will be posted, please refer to the timetable on the payments screen. It's important to make your loan payments on time!

»Next, you will verify your identity by providing the answer to the Challenge Question you previously created.

»Enter the information regarding your financial institution and bank account. Your one time payment will be withdrawn from this account.

»Finally, confirm your payment and agree to the terms of the payment.

»Once the payment is accepted a confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you have already completed an Auto-Payment Agreement with National Education to have your monthly payments made through the automatic account withdrawal (ACH), you do not need the online payment process. Remember, the online payment is a one time payment, whereas the auto-payment is a recurring payment.
