HELM-NET

The login for entering HELM-NET is universal and can be done here or immediately from the home page. Current HELM-NET users can log in using your existing login information. If you would like to set-up a user account, contact a National Education representative at 1-800-345-4325 to receive your HELM-NET login information.

Once entering HELM-NET you have access to:

• Borrower Information
• Online Administrative Functions
• Reports
• New – Online Change Transactions

The online administrative change transaction functions you can perform on HELM-NET have been expanded to improve the timely delivery of loan funds. You can make online changes to the:

• Loan period;
• Grade level;
• Anticipated Date of Graduation;
• Hold / Release;
• and perform full loan cancellations prior to disbursement.
