• Maintain a personal file and copies of all student loan documents.
• Keep a written log of all telephone conversations regarding your student loans.
• Write your loan account number on all correspondence.
• Do not hesitate to ask questions regarding your account.
• Open and read all mail you receive from National Education and any other lender/servicer you may have a loan with.
• Always stay in touch with National Education (and other lenders/servicers). Update us with address, telephone, name and any other changes.

Repayment Tips

• Stay current with your payments.
• Make every payment on time. Sign-up for Auto-Payment.
• Keep receipts of all payments made.
• Remember, there is never a penalty for early repayment.
• If you are unable to make a payment contact us ( and other lenders/servicers) immediately.
• You can change your payment options or postpone payments.
