Collections Representative
The Collections Representative will be responsible for reducing loan delinquency levels through diligent contact with delinquent borrowers and meeting attempt objectives. You will be expected to achieve minimum outgoing call expectations of 75 calls per day while maintaining acceptable performance in levels of accuracy with minimum errors. Collections Representatives also assist the customer service department with incoming call overflow and will be required to adjust service approach and call communication techniques accordingly. You will be expected to trouble shoot, problem solve, and takes appropriate steps in our customer information database and online forms to correct any service issues.
Minimum Requirements for the Collections Representative include:
- Must be able to perform calculations of basic math skills including simple interest calculations
- Exceptional skills with multi-tasking and navigating between multiple computer applications and screens with little to no errors in processing
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; general knowledge of MS Access
